This is the worst hotel in Turkey, not only in Mersin. They cancelled the reservation without informing me or 訂房網站.com. I think you should check the hotels because when a person is traveling and tired from traveling, he wants to go to the hotel to rest, not to deal with bad hotels, especially since the rooms are bad from the inside and have a bad smell.

Als ich Im Zimmer war und dass alles gesehen habe bin sofort raus zu Rezeption und dii bilder zeigte waren die nur am lachen und die konnten nichts machen bin sofort raus bevor ich noch krank werde bin sehr enttäuscht von 訂房網站.com das die so was anbieten

I didn't have a stay there, they said their internet got problem I have pay in desk but not online, luckily 訂房網站 helped me to do a refund, there's no one can speak English, so not very friendly for a foreigner.
